MARCH 2023 - Downtown Feeding

Man, sometimes it gets so hectic out there, we forget to assign someone to take pics!!! So, here's a pic from right before we headed downtown and another pic at the tail-end of the feeding. Just to fill you in on what happened during the feeding, everyone was passing out food, water, clothes... you know, doing fine.

Until a hoard of giant gremlins jumped out of nowhere! In a panic of fear and confusion, we grabbed all the sticks, rocks and spaghetti meals we could get our hands onto and fought to just stay alive. We fought valiantly... although, we could not hold them back. Our bretheren were overwhelmed by the evil that had overran us. At the last drop of hope, the clouds high above parted and a beam of light smashed down to the ground. Fluttering out of the heavens came an army of angels... a colossal legion of winged iron-clad warriors rushed down. Each one of them wielding the wrath of God.

As we saw the absolute power that came to save us, our hearts suddenly filled with the fire that burned in David's chest as he faced Goliath. We sprang up off of the ground and attacked the gremlins with the level of violence the world has never seen.

Anyway, after the fight, we prayed. Thanked God for giving us the chance to feed the homeless. Thanked God for you guys... donations really help us a lot.

Then went home and had dinner.
